Account registration:

Buyers must create an account on the Josie's Farm website to place orders.
Account information must be kept up-to-date, including contact information and delivery address.
To qualify for a wholesale account, the buyer must provide a valid Business License/Company Number and VAT number.
You must provide a valid credit or debit card. Josie's Farm reserves the right to verify the validity of your card.

User Conduct:

A list of activities that are not allowed on the site, such as fraud, infringement, or illegal activities.
Users of our site are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Engaging in unlawful behavior may result in the suspension of your account.
Misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, or creating a false identity on the site, is strictly prohibited.

Delivery and Orders:

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £150. For orders under £150, a standard delivery charge of £10 will apply.
Orders will typically be delivered within next business day unless specific dates have been entered. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and current demand.
Orders are processed from 09:00am - 17.00pm You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed effectively orders after 17:00pm will be processed the next business day and delivery will follow. To guarantee next day delivery place orders before 17:00pm.
In the event that upon delivery you discover damaged goods, such as missing or delayed orders, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You may return such goods to us on the vehicle in which they were delivered. The annotations or alterations should be noted with the driver.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the order lead times.

Payment Failure:

If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason, you are responsible for providing an alternative payment method or updating your card information promptly. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in a delay or suspension of your orders or services, and may incur additional charges or fees.
If you dispute any charges made to your account, you must notify Josie's Farm in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. We will investigate the issue and respond promptly. Failure to provide timely notification may limit your ability to receive a refund or other solutions.
Josie's Farm reserves the right to modify the payment terms, including changing the due dates or payment methods, with prior notice to you. Any changes will become effective upon their posting on the Site or through direct communication with you.
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All payment transactions are processed through secure servers. Under data protection laws such as the Data Protection Act 2018 in the UK (GDPR)

Upon withdrawal, any payments outstanding, including delivery charges, must be paid within 14 days from the date on which Josie's Farm is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

Return and Refund Policy

You may return products within the same day of invoice for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that return time-frames may vary depending on the type of product. For specific details or if you have any questions, please contact Josie’s Farm directly.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Certain products may be excluded from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.
